1. These terms

These terms apply to digital products bought from Matty the Marketer. Please read them before purchasing. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded or reduced by these terms.

2. What you are buying

The product description and price shown on the relevant sales page form part of the contract. Our current products are digital PDFs and, for the complete bundle, a downloadable ZIP containing the included PDFs. Products are supplied in English.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any taxes we are required to include in the displayed price. Payment is taken through Stripe. A purchase is complete when payment is successfully authorised and we make the digital content available to you.

4. Immediate access and cancellation rights

Our digital products are designed for immediate access after payment. Where you are buying as a consumer, UK law gives specific cancellation rules for digital content. If, before access begins, you expressly ask us to supply the digital content immediately and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right will be lost once supply begins, the cancellation right may end when access starts. If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

5. Licence to use the products

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased material for your own personal use or internally within your own business. You may adapt templates and prompts for use in your own business.

You must not resell, redistribute, upload, publish, sublicense, share access to, or create a competing product primarily from the supplied files or templates.

6. Accuracy and results

The toolkits are practical resources, not bespoke legal, financial, tax, medical or regulated professional advice. Examples and templates must be adapted and checked against your own facts, prices, policies and circumstances. Marketing, advertising, search, review or sales results are not guaranteed.

7. Digital-content quality

We aim to supply digital content that matches its description and is of satisfactory quality. If a file is corrupt, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, contact info@mattythemarketer.com so we can provide an appropriate remedy.

8. Updates

We may improve products or correct errors over time. Unless a sales page specifically says otherwise, a purchase does not promise lifetime updates or access to future products.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Subject to that, you remain responsible for decisions you make using the resources and for checking customer-facing, financial, legal, regulatory and factual information before use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law that applies to the contract under UK consumer and contract rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights you have under the law of the part of the UK in which you live.

11. Contact

Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to info@mattythemarketer.com.
