Digital Product & Refund Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Digital products are supplied for immediate access after payment. This page explains our normal approach. Your statutory rights always take priority.

Digital downloads and the 14-day cancellation period

UK rules treat downloadable digital content differently from physical goods. Before immediate supply starts, a consumer can be asked to expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right will be lost once supply begins. If those requirements are not met, statutory cancellation rights may remain available.

If something is wrong with the product

If the download is corrupt, inaccessible, materially not as described, or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights, email info@mattythemarketer.com. We may provide a replacement download, correction, price reduction or refund where appropriate.

Change-of-mind requests

Where you have validly requested immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right, we do not normally provide a change-of-mind refund after access to the digital product has begun. This does not affect rights you may have if the digital content is faulty, not as described or the required cancellation process was not followed.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally buy the same product twice, contact info@mattythemarketer.com with both transaction details and we will review the duplicate payment.
